About the Project

RideSewa is a complete real-time ride-sharing and urban mobility network built for Nepal. It includes dedicated passenger and driver mobile applications, sub-3s GPS matching, dynamic fare and surge calculation, and automated digital wallet payouts.

The Challenge

Building a reliable ride-sharing network in Nepal required solving unstable mobile network connections, real-time vehicle telemetry at scale, accurate offline-first route calculation, and instant local wallet payouts via eSewa and Khalti.

Our Solution

We engineered high-performance React Native cross-platform mobile apps coupled with a distributed Node.js and WebSocket event-driven backend. We integrated Redis pub/sub for sub-second driver matching and automated webhook-based payout settlement pipelines.
