About the Project
BainaBatta is a specialized real estate application developed for Nepali land buyers, sellers, and agents. It digitizes property discovery, verified land and house listings, legal contract agreement generation, and advance token ('Baina') deposit transactions.
The Challenge
Real estate transactions in Nepal often suffer from opaque broker intermediaries, disputed boundary measurements, and insecure cash advance payments. BainaBatta needed a secure platform to digitize legal agreements, handle token advance payments safely, and verify seller ownership.
Our Solution
We engineered a secure Next.js and PostgreSQL web application with integrated eSewa and Khalti digital escrow token payments. We built custom legal agreement generators following Nepali land documentation standards, map-based land parcel lookups, and owner verification workflows.
