1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TechProcod Pvt Ltd services, websites, or software applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
TechProcod provides custom web application development, mobile software, e-commerce platforms, AI integrations, and cloud infrastructure consulting.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, client companies receive complete rights, title, and ownership of custom-developed application source code.
4. Payment & SLA Guarantees
Payment milestones are defined in formal project proposals. SLA warranties cover bug fixes and uptime maintenance for agreed contract durations.
